From our very first meeting we could tell that she is knowledgeable and comes well prepared to give a professional assessment on the market and pricing. Her listing and pricing advice and strategy worked out well and helped us with the response we received and overall selling of our home fast. We were very happy with the professional pictures and marketing material she provides as a part of her service that represented our home beautifully. She also brought in extra help during open house to ensure we were comfortable in entrusting her with showing our home. Overall she is well organized, prompt, and responsive. What an experience!!! Buying a house in West Long Branch, NJ in these trying times is like nothing before and having Nicole to guide us through the process was quite the blessing. Her positive attitude along with her friendly and professional demeanor made her an absolute pleasure to work with! She is knowledgeable, intelligent and accommodating. We had a great experience working with Nicole on the purchase of our new home. We knew we would have a hard time being that the market was still intense in 2022 & 2023 and she was with us every step of the way. She advised us on what offers & stipulations would be most attractive for us to win our bids and I can comfortably say we would've won the bids each time if we we wanted to but were super picky about the homes we really loved. The most impressive part to us though was that she didn't try to talk us into just any home to get a sale. She worked with us to make sure we were truly satisfied with our decision and that we would be happy with our choice even though it ultimately meant we waited another year for the right home for our family. She was so patient and kind, answered all of our questions and was very responsive & quick to get us into viewing homes (which is half the battle in this market). We appreciate all her work, time and openness during the entire process. It definitely is white glove service! Highly recommend her for Monmouth County because she knows the area super well, but she also helped sell our previous home in Middlesex County bringing in a whopping 70 offers and significantly over asking price!
